At St. Rita’s Medical Center, the Audiology department offers several outpatient services to help manage and determine the health of your ears and hearing. These tests include:

A physician's order is required for Audiology services. Orders can be faxed to Cardiopulminary Services at (419) 226-9535 or sent to the test with you.

St. Rita's Medical Center
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center
Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
