Chronic Pain
Sponsored by the Pain Education & Rehabilitation Center at St. Rita's Medical Center

What is the Chronic Pain Support Group?
The Chronic Pain Support Group is a support group for people who experience chronic pain from any number of conditions such as back injuries, fibromyalgia, headaches or any other problem where the pain doesn't go away. The group allows you to speak with other people who have the same or similar problems as you and to get your concerns addressed by healthcare professionals.

What do I need to do to participate?
Just show up. There is no cost to join and you can participate as much or as little as you would like. Once you become a member you will always be welcomed.

Where can I find more information about Chronic Pain?
Besides our support group, you can also get information from the American Chronic Pain Association (ACPA) at their Web site. In addition to the resources at their Web site, you will find links to many other chronic pain related resources.

Where and when is the support group held?
The Chronic Pain Support Group meets every third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at St. Rita's Healthy Life Styles at the Lima Mall.
