A new member to the family creates much excitement for the parents, grandparents, siblings, friends and other family members. Our spacious post-partum rooms are designed with the entire family in mind. Televisions, a recliner, rocking chair and sitting area allow plenty of room for the family to visit with you and your new baby. Because the health of you and your baby are important to us, The BirthPlace at St. Rita’s encourages only healthy visitors. For added safety, the BirthPlace has an infant security system. Your nurse will update you on how we work together to promote safety.
You may keep your baby in the room with you as much as you wish, or your baby can stay in the newborn nursery under the watchful eye of St. Rita’s nursery staff.
