Tone It Up

Tone It Up is a weight loss program focusing on exercise. This program is for individuals who would like to lose inches and gain lean muscle. Do not confuse this with existing group exercise classes. Appointments are with Certified Athletic Trainers who bring to you an individualized exercise program.

Tone It Up is Designed To:

  • Burn Calories and Lose Weight
  • Preserve and Build Muscle Mass
  • Increase Metabolism
  • Create a Positive Self-Image

Appointments are scheduled three to four times a week and the cost is $12.00 per hour. Participants are encouraged to enroll with a friend.

A Word to the Wise:
Health experts recommend that people get a minimum of 30 minutes of activity on most days, for a total of about 150 minutes per week. If you have health concerns, it is always best to check with your physician before starting an exercise program.
