Share Your Blessings is an annual fundraising campaign for St. Rita’s
Hospice. It is a special way to remember a loved one or say “Happy
Holidays” and make a tax deductible donation to Hospice at the same
time. The generosity of people like you assists St. Rita’s Hospice
in caring for terminally ill patients and their families.
St. Rita’s Hospice affirms life and provide care for those who are
terminally ill so they may live out their days with respect and
dignity. Hospice is commited to providing physical, emotional, social
and spiritual support for patients and their families. St. Rita’s
Hospice supports the Medical Center’s core values of compassion,
excellence, human dignity, justice, sacredness of life and service.

Since
the inception of the Hospice program, more than 3,900 patients
and families have been touched and comforted through the generosity
of many caring individuals and organizations in our community.
St.
Rita’s Hospice is funded by Medicare, Medicaid, insurance
programs and donations. Services are provided to all families,
regardless of their ability to pay. |
