| Linda Rump had
an employee who felt the world was "crushing down on her in her
personal life" come to her. At that point, the individual said
she ceased to be just another employee. Linda went to the employee's
home and "gave her a most important gift… her time, her attention,
a big shoulder and lots of Kleenex". Linda's Compassion and dedication to Human Dignity helped the employee find her own strength. While this was just one employee's experience, Linda is known for listening and understanding when any of her employees need her. |
She helps her staff by letting them think out loud to find their own answers. She is a mentor and coach who helps individuals find a healthy balance in their personal and professional lives.
Linda sets an excellent example for staff to "strive for that which is within our reach." Her sense of humor goes a long way as she uses the lessons in life to help her staff grow and improve the future. Whether it is laughter, tears, joy, sorrow or concern, Linda's door is always open.
