Description   St.Rita's Medical Center will sponsor a Parkinson's Program beginning May 8, 2008 and ending Nov. , 2008 on Thursdays from 1:00 to 2:00PM The program will focus on a variety of subjects including: safety, strengthening, flexibilty, and range of motion. Education will be provided on relaxation, swallowing, speech issues, and adaptive equip. First time participants must have a physician referral stating diagnosis of "Evaluate for Parkinson's Program." The patient then needs to call 419-226-9019 to schedule a PT eval. prior to admittance.
